About Erin
Experience shapes the approach.
I am an American educator and Reading Specialist with more than 22 years of experience. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from George Washington University and my Master’s degree in Education from Hunter College. Having worked with students across American, British and Israeli school systems, I have developed an approach that combines academic expertise with highly individualized instruction designed around each student’s needs.
I use assessment and ongoing observation to identify each student’s strengths, areas of need and learning patterns. From there, I design individualized instruction that targets specific skills and evolves as the student progresses.
The focus goes beyond completing schoolwork or preparing for the next exam. My goal is to develop stronger academic skills and effective learning strategies while building the confidence and independence students need for long-term success.
